We recently had the pleasure of hosting a remarkable group of students at Salus Group.
They competed in the 2026 CFA Research Challenge against 1,100+ university teams worldwide. The best team finished as EMEA Champions and are the first university team from our entire region to reach the global top 6.
Gregor Jenko, Member of the Management Board, and Filip Koželnik, Head of Investor Relations, sat down with them for two conversations. First, a deep dive into their research, their findings, and the analytical work behind months of equity coverage. Then a more personal discussion about their experience through the competition and what comes next.
We also made clear that the conversation does not end here. Their insights are valuable, their ambition is evident, and our door is genuinely open. Investing in young talent is not something we just talk about, and we look forward to seeing where this takes us.
The visit closed with a tour of our operations after which our CEO, Žiga Hieng, joined to personally congratulate the students.
