Revenue reached EUR 399 million, up 18 % year on year, while net profit rose 22 % to EUR 10.3 million, or EUR 1.23 per share compared with EUR 1 a year earlier. Regular EBITDA grew 22 % to EUR 16.9 million and operating profit from regular operations 24 % to EUR 12.5 million.
The result was driven by higher business volumes, a changed sales mix and the contribution of companies brought into the Group in recent years, supported by a broader portfolio and new partnerships across the CEE region.
Six months in, Salus Group has delivered 49 % of planned revenue, 60 % of planned regular EBITDA and around two thirds of planned net profit for the year, keeping us on track against our 2026 plan of approximately EUR 812 million in net sales revenue and EUR 15.5 million in net profit.
