We are pleased to announce we acquired a 6,85 % stake in the company Ekliptik, a Ljubljana-based company developing a digital platform for orthopaedic surgery. Their technology combines 3D preoperative planning, patient-specific surgical guides and electromagnetic navigation during the procedure.
It is used primarily in hip preservation surgery. The system delivers sub-millimetre accuracy, which reduces revision rates and lowers radiation exposure for both patients and operating room staff.
This investment is in line with our motto, Making Health Accessible. The funds will support international expansion, strengthening of the sales team and further development.
