Salus has signed a share purchase agreement (SPA) for the acquisition of a 100 % stake in Farmedica, a specialist in pharmaceutical-quality OTC medicines with over 30 years of presence in the market.
Farmedica brings a trusted portfolio of brands, including Prospan, A.Vogel, Isla, Canephron and Sinupret, that patients and healthcare professionals have relied on for decades.
With this move, Salus would enter a segment it has not covered before, further extending our reach across the touchpoints where patients make decisions about their health: in the pharmacy, at the doctor’s office, in the hospital, online.
