Authentication of medicines
As a wholesaler, we have a system in place to perform the service of authenticating medicines by checking protective elements in accordance with Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/161 and the Counterfeit Medicines Directive (FMD).
The authenticity of medicines can be verified at different points along the supply chain.
We can provide maintenance of 23 customers in the customer master data records, inbound scanning of identifiers and/or sampling and extraction of identifiers from the database where appropriate/necessary (e.g. export, Article 23 customers, destruction).
